UKPSC Civil Judge Prelims Exam Date 2023

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission has released the date of prelims exam to be held for the post of Civil Judge. This exam will be held on April 30 at various exam centres across the state in offline mode, all the candidates going to appear in the exam must know that it will be mandatory to be present at the examination centre an hour before the commencement of the examination with admit card and photo identity ID i.e. Aadhaar Card.

UKPSC Civil Judge Prelims Exam Pattern 2023

A total number of 50; and 150 multiple choice questions in the Civil Judge’s Prelims exam will be asked from International law Neutrality, Recent legislation pronouncements, particularly the Indian Constitution, Law and development & Legal aspects; and Transfer of Properties Act Principle of Hindu Laws and Principle of Muslim Laws Evidence Act, code of criminal procedure, Indian Penal Code & Civil Procedure Code, respectively.

Candidates who are going to participate in this exam will get an exam time duration of 03 hours, each question will carry a weightage of 1 mark and there will be no provision of negative marking.
