Tier I CBT will be held in all State and Union Territories against 4500 posts of LDC, DEO, Court Clerk & Junior Secretariat Assistant. It will be mandatory for all aspirants to reach the respective exam an hour prior to exam commencement. SSC CHSL 2023 Exam Pattern
There will be a total number of 100 multiple-choice questions from the following subjects:

- Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill)
- English Language (Basic Knowledge
Each question will carry a weightage of 2 marks, and there will also be a provision of negative marking scheme, incase of incorrect response ½ mark will be deducted.
