The MG University 2022 Allotment will be released on August 17, 2022, while the Cap.mgu.ac.in Allotment will be announced on August 10. MG University 2022 Allotment Process

Following the completion of the process of rearranging options, the Cap.mgu.ac.in Allotment will be made public. A provisional allotment memo will be given to applicants who make the short list for MG University Allotment 2022-23. The details such as personal information, the college and the preferred programme to which the applicant is being assigned will be stated in the allocation memo, which all candidates must print out in order to pay the fee using the online payment gateway. Candidates who are selected for admission in the first option must pay the appropriate fee for the course that the institution is offering at the time of admission.

Candidates who cancel their other alternatives in order to confirm their admission must pay the institution’s fee.

Candidates must pay the fee in-person at the institution at the time of admission if they want to keep their higher alternatives. However, candidates must pay the applicable fee for the programme they selected in their higher choices by the time the third allotment is announced (save for SC/ST candidates) and enrol in college until all allotment lists have been revealed.

What After MG University 2022 Allotment?

Candidates who are chosen and given seats after MG University Allotment 2022-23 must report to the applied college to complete the necessary paperwork and pay the required money using the Online Payment Gateway on the website. They must also download the allotment note after paying the cost. Candidates’ admission will be withdrawn if they don’t enrol within the specified time, and the seats will be given to other deserving applicants who applied through the MGU CAP allotment list 2022.

MGU CAP 2022- Documents Required for admission

Candidates need to produce the following original documents to the respective college/institution at the time of admission-

  • Copy of the allotment memo received online
  • Marksheet of all parts of 10+2 /equivalent examination.
  • Birth certificate
  • Migration certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer certificate (TC) from the last attended institution and conduct certificate
  • Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates, as well as other documents issued by the Institution’s Head
  • Candidates who have passed their qualifying examinations from other Boards/Institutions/Governments, with the exception of the Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala, VHSE Kerala, THSE Kerala, CBSE, and CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations), must submit an eligibility certificate issued by Mahatma Gandhi University.
  • Candidates seeking EBFC reservations must submit the Community Certificate, as well as other relevant certificates issued by revenue authorities indicating that the candidate falls below the poverty line (BPL)
  • In the case of SEBC candidates who wish to claim reservation under the SEBC category, a community certificate along with a non-creamy layer certificate issued (as per Government rules) by the revenue authorities concerned.
