JK HRMS Portal Registration
To register on the Jammu & Kashmir Human Resource Management System Portal, you need to go through the step-by-step guide carefully.
1). Search https://hrms.jk.gov.in/ on Google, and tap on the first show result.
2). Now, an option of the Register New User will be before you, tap on it.
3). Here, you need to enter the CPIS ID (Employee ID), Mobile Number and Date Of Birth. Fill in required credentials and hit the Register button.
Note: After tapping on the Register button you will have an OTP, you need to fill in it and make a unique password using special characters.
To Login on the JK HRMS portal a government employee of JK must have username and password, if you don’t have login credentials, then you need to register at hrms.jk.gov.in/.

1). Go to the official website of the JK Human Resource Management System Portal at https://hrms.jk.gov.in/.
2). On the official website of JK HRMS, an option of the Sign In will be visible before you tap on it.
3). At the end, you need to enter the required credentials: Username and Password. Fill in details and hit the Login button.
JK HRMS Forget Password
If you already have registered on the Jammu & Kashmir HRMS portal and lost your password, then you can get it easily, if you have the required details, which are mandatory to have in order to recover the password.
1). Navigate to the JK HRMS Portal’s official website that is https://hrms.jk.gov.in/.
2). You need to find an option of the Forgot Password button on the official website of the Jk Human Resource Management System and tap on it.
3). Now, you will have two text-boxes, you need to enter your Employee ID (CPIS ID) in first one and Mobile Number and in the second box, then tap on the option of the Login.
4). After tapping on the above mentioned option, you will get a six-digit OTP on the registered Mobile Number, you need to enter it and tap on Continue/Next button.
5). At the end, you will be asked to make a strong and unique password using Alphabet, Number and Symbols, and tap on the Submit button to change your password.

1). For data updation, first a government employee needs to visit the official website of JK HRMS Portal at https://hrms.jk.gov.in/.
2). Now, you need to enter an Employee ID and Password and then tap on the option of the Login.
3). You need to find an option of the Correction Form in the left menu-bar and tap on it.
4). Now, you need to upload the latest photograph along with the scanned copies of promotions, first appointment etc, and then click on declaration and Submit it to the DDO.
