The authority organizes the computerized multi-station parallel counselling for Jharkhand Polytechnic admission. Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 counselling date is not yet announced but it will be started in the month of July 2022. Jharkhand Polytechnic is a state-level exam also called PECE (polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination). All the detailed information will be shown on jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling
Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling Date is expected to be started in August 2022. The Process of Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 Counselling
The candidate should have to follow the procedure to complete the counselling round. Detailed steps are given below:
- Students will be able to participate in the counselling as per their rank on the notified date and time
- The counselling will be done via offline mode
- Students will bring have to bring the certificates and required documents along with counselling fees
- The fees payment will be done through bank or post office Challan
- Student will also have to pay the seat allotment fees of Rs.1000 through Demand Draft in the favour of “Controller of Examination, JCECEB”
- Students will have to fill their choices from the list of seats available at time
- After seat allotment, students can report to the allotted college to complete their admission.
Counselling Fee Payment
Students have to pay the minimum amount for Counselling. Fees are different for all the categories of students:
For General/EWS, BC-I, and BC-II, fees are Rs.400
ST, SC and Female Candidates of all categories is Rs. 250
Candidate have to carry required documents for Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling:

Candidates must follow the online application form by visiting the official website link:
Step-1: Fill Application Form
- Visit the official site
- Click on the link “Online Application”
- Now click on “New Registration” link
- Application form will be displayed on the screen
- Fill in all the personal details like Name, Gender, Domicile, Aadhaar Number, Nationality, etc.
- Fill in the educational details such as roll number, passing status, college name, stream, etc.
- Then click on the “Save & Next” Button
- Fill in the communication address, locality, city, mobile number, email ID, etc
- Again Tap on “Save & Next”
- Choose the strong password and click on the “Set Password” Button
Step-2: Upload Scanned Images
- Upload the scanned images of your photo, signature, and your thumb impression.\
- Click on the upload images button
- Upload the photograph, signature, and thumb impression in a given format and size
- The maximum size allowed is 50 KB
- After uploading the scanned images, click on the “Save & Next” button
- If any correction is needed, click on the “Modify” button
- If not, then, click on “Proceed to Payments”
- Once you click on submit, will not be able to change the documents.
Step-3: Payment
- Candidate pays the fee through payment gateway (credit card/debit card/net banking)
- For online Payment Go to “click on for proceed to payment”

Candidates can fill and submit the application form only through the online process. There is no other way will be accepted to fill and submit the application form. Hand submission of the exam will not be permitted.
