JEE Main 2023

Age Criteria

  • JEE Main 2023 candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1998.
  • SC/ST and PWD candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, but they must have been born on or after October 1, 1993.
  • The date of birth on the 10th certificate will be considered.

Academic Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam from a well-known board.
  • Those who took the 12th exam in 2020 but did not pass are ineligible to take it again, even if they pass later.
  • The qualifying exam must include PCM as a required subject.
  • Those who take the qualifying exam will be considered as well.

Attempts

  • The number of JEE exam attempts is limited. If someone fails the first exam, they can retake the next two.
  • Candidates who appear for both sessions in the same academic year are considered to have made one attempt, and the best of the two scores are used to rank the students.

How to Fill JEE Main 2023 Application?

  • Step 1: Go to the online registration page.
  • Step 2: Select the “JEE Main 2023 Registration” option.
  • Step 3: Begin filling out the registration form now. A login id and password will be sent to your mobile phone or via email.
  • Step 4: Log in with your credentials and fill out the application with the necessary information – personal, communication, qualification, and so on.
  • Step 5: Upload scanned images of a photograph, signature, thumb impression, and so on in the format and size specified.
  • Step 6: The final step is to pay the application fee via the payment gateways provided.
  • Step 7: A confirmation page will be displayed. Take a print of the confirmation page and the completed application form.

JEE Main 2023 Exam Pattern
