Candidates need to know that the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test are likely to take place for more than 2 weeks. ITBP Constable Physical Test Date 2023
Notification for recruitment of 278 Constable (Tradesman) posts were released on the official website of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, https://www.itbpolice.nic.in/, on 23 November 2022, after which a huge number of candidates applied online till 22 November 2022. Date for commencement of the Physical Efficiency Test / Physical Standard Test is not yet announced, although it is highly speculated that it may be held in March 2023.

Running Test
- Male – One has to cover 1.6 km within 7.30 minutes.
- Female – One has to cover 800 m within 4.45 minutes.
Long Jump
- Male & Female – 11 feets in three chances.
High Jump
- Male & Female – 3½ feets in three chances.
Candidates need to know that the selection process consists of four stages: PST/PET, Written Exam, Skill Test & Medical. Those who clear the first stage will be called for the second.
