IGNOU PhD Admission Process 2023

The admission process for PhD courses in the Indira Gandhi National Open University consists two stages: Written Examination and Interview, candidates need to know that those who will qualify the first stage will be called for Viva Voce, aspirants need to know only those candidates will be invited to take part in second stage of admission process whose marks in offline test will be more or equal to cut off marks.
