Grammy Awards 2023 Nominations
Beyonce received the most 2023 nominations due to the release of her album Renaissance on July 29, 2022. The pop star has now tied her husband Jay-Z for the most Grammy nominations of any singer with nine nods! She will equal classical conductor Georg Solti in terms of the most Grammy victories if she receives three more prizes.
Kendrick Lamar, Adele, and Brandi Carlile each have seven nominations, while Harry Styles, Mary J. Blige, Future, DJ Khaled, and The-Dream each have six. These are some of the other notable Grammy nominees. Despite the fact that her most recent album Midnights missed the cutoff dates for 2023, Taylor Swift was nominated for Best Music Video this year for “All Too Well (10 Minute Version).
BTS is another major musician nominated. The Coldplay and K-pop combination is up for three awards this year, including best pop duo/group performance for the third consecutive year for their performance of “My Universe.” As featured performers on Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres, they are also nominated for album of the year and best music video for “Yet to Come.” For the first time ever, BTS has received nominations in multiple Grammy categories in the same calendar year.
