Hugh Jackman reprises his role as Wolverine in Deadpool 3
The formal announcement of Hugh Jackman’s return to Wolverine in Deadpool 3 has been made. Logan, the actor’s most recent appearance as the clawed hero, was rumoured to be his final performance. Wolverine has arrived in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Reynolds made the announcement on his own in a Twitter video. He teased the antihero’s first MCU appearance but claimed he had no ideas for the plot. Reynolds asks if Jackman will return as Wolverine in the sequel as he appears in the background. The Jackman responds, “Yeah, Sure.” The video concludes with a Roman numeral “III” cut out of the Deadpool logo and the release date of September 6, 2024.
Deadpool 3” cast?
No additional confirmed cast members or potential cast members have been announced for the film as of yet, with the exception of Reynolds returning as “The Merc with a Mouth” and Hugh Jackman, who appears to be reprising his role as Wolverine once more.
