CTET Notification 2022
Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2022 is going to take place between December 2022 and January 2023 as per official notification made public on October 20, 2022 at https://www.ctet.nic.in/. Candidates will have to submit an online application form against CTET Notification 2022 before/on the last date to be called for the CBT Exam.
Note: Candidates who qualify the CTET December 2022 will get Teacher Eligibility Test from Central Board of Secondary, which will be valid life long. To apply online for the post of PRT, it is mandatory to have a TET Certificate.

CTET Exam Date 2022
CTET December 2022 Exam Date will be announced officially by the Central Board of Secondary Education after the commencement of online application form submission. It is expected that the Computer Based Test CTET Exam can take place from the last week of December 2022 to the second week of January 2023 across the Nation at multiple examination centres.
Note: Paper I & II is for those candidates, who want to be recruited as a Primary Teacher (PRT) for Class I to V & Class VI to VIII, respectively.
CTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2022 in terms of Nationality, Educational Qualification and Age Limit is available below.
Nationality
- It is mandatory to be an Indian i.e. a Citizen of India to take part in CTET 2022.
Education Qualification
- Paper I – Intermediate (Class XII) with at least 50% marks along with a 2 years DElEd or 4 year BElEd / Graduate with 50% along B.Ed. degree.
- Paper II – Senior Secondary (12th Class) with at least 50% marks along with 4 years B.ElEd., BAEd or BScEd.
Education Qualification
- There is no upper or lower age limit to appear in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, which is held by CBSE.

Candidates who are eligible to apply online for the CTET 2022 Exam can go through the step-by-step guide to submit CTET 2022 Application Form.
1). Go to the official website of Central Teacher Eligibility Test at https://ctet.nic.in/.
2). On the CTET’s official website, you will have an option of CTET December 2022 – Registration, tap on it.
3). You will be asked to enter the Basic Details such as Name, Father’s Name, Date Of Birth, Address, etc,. Enter details correctly and carefully and tap on the NEXT button.
4). Now, you need to fill in your Education Qualification and upload required documents, scan a copy including Photograph and Signature, and then hit the Submit button.
5). At the end you need to pay an online Application Fee using any online payment method and finalize the application form.
Make sure to make a print copy application form after the final submission, for further uses.
