1). Visit the official website of the CO-WIN Portal at cowin.gov.in/.
2). Post tapping on the above mentioned option, you will have an option of Book Your Slot in bottom of the webpage, tap on it.
3). It will ask you to enter the Mobile Number, here you enter your number which you registered for the 1st dose booking, tap on Get OTP.
4). You will receive a six-digit OTP on the entered Mobile Number, fill in it inside the text-box and tap on the option of the Verify & Proceed.
5). Now you will have an option of the Schedule just after the Precaution Dose, tap on this option.
6). You will be asked to enter your PIN Code, fill in it and tap on the option of the Search.
7). It will ask you to choose Age Group, Date & Vaccination Centre and complete the slot booking process.
Download Booster Dose Vaccination Certificate
If you have already taken the booster dose of COVID-19 Vaccine, then you are invited to download your vaccination certificate for Booster Dose by going through the above mentioned step-by-step guide.
1). Go to the official website of the Co-WIN Portal at cowin.gov.in/.
2). On the official website of Co-WIN option of the Register / Sign In, tap on it.
3). Enter your registered Mobile Number and hit the Get OTP button.
4). Fill in the received OTP and tap on the option of Verify & Proceed.
5). Now you need to tap on the Certificate, it will be visible just after Precaution Dose.
6). Post tapping on the above mentioned, an option of Download will be visible, tap on it and get your Booster Dose Vaccination Certificate as a PDF file.
If you don’t have a registered mobile number, then you need to visit the nearest vaccination center and ask the officials to change your Mobile Number to book a booster dose, get vaccinated, and download the certificate.
