Usually, APPSC releases the answer key for any written exam within 2 weeks, it is expected that officials may release it in the third week of January 2023 or before. APPSC Group 1 Question Paper
The Question paper of the offline preliminary exam as a response sheet will be published on the official website at https://psc.ap.gov.in/ along with the answer key. We all are aware of the fact that selection for various Group 1 posts is going to be done on the basis of candidates performance in all three stages of the selection process, one who will be able to secure at least a cut off in prelims will be called for the mains.
In the preliminary exam, a total number of 120 questions were asked in each Paper I & II. Each multiple-choice question had a weightage of 1 mark with a provision of negative marking of ⅓ mark for every single incorrect response. After the release of candidates’ responses and answer key, you will be able to check your tentative score with the help of a marking scheme.
APPSC Group 1 Tentative Score
In order to evaluate the tentative score in Paper I & II, you need to add 1 & ⅓ marks for each correct and incorrect response, then you need to subtract the sum of incorrect responses from corrects, and then your tentative score of APPSC Group 1 Prelims 2022-23 will be before you, after checking it you will be able to make sense that you will be called for the mains or not after comparing your tentative score with the expected cut off marks.
