The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India recently launched an official portal to an ABHA Health ID Card for residents of India. The Health ID Card that you will get from the official website after applying online will contain a 14-digit unique number, with the help of which you will be able to access your health records. You will only be able to apply online for a Digital Health ID Card, if you have the Mobile Number activated, which is linked with your Aadhaar Card. At the time of applying online, you only have to upload your Photograph, no other documents will be asked to upload. 1). Search, (https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/), and tap on the first shown result, to visit the official website of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission.
2). On the official website, an option of Create ABHA Number will be available. Tap on this option and go to the new webpage.
3). Choose the option of Using Aadhaar and tap on the option of the Next.
4). Fill in your Aadhaar Number, check ✔️ Terms & Conditions and CAPTCHA, and then tap on the option of Next.
5). Post tapping on the above mentioned option, you will receive 6-digit OTP on your aadhar-linked Mobile Number, fill in and click on Next button.
6). Post tapping on the above mentioned option, details about an individual will be available, tap on the option of Next.
7). It will ask you to enter your Mobile Number. Fill in the details and tap on the option of Next.
8). Enter six-digit OTP, and then tap on the option of the Next.
9). Now, you will be asked to enter the Email, it is optional, so tap on the option of the Skip For Now
10). Here, you will find an option of Link ABHA Address, tap on it.
11). Choose the option of No, and then tap Next then you need to enter your ABHA Address like name123 & tap on the option of the CREATE & LINK.
